Sage Rivers ("Sage," "we," "the Service") is an AI-powered chat companion available at sagerivers.site. Sage is an artificial intelligence — not a real person. Conversations are generated by AI and should be treated as entertainment and companionship only.
Sage Rivers is an AI companion designed for friendly conversation and lighthearted connection. It is not a dating app, matchmaking service, or adult platform. While the chat AI may engage with a wide range of topics, any romantic or intimate content is user-driven — the AI does not initiate it and it remains within the bounds of AI roleplay.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Sage Rivers. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Guest sessions are available without registration. Paid Inner Circle subscriptions require an email address for billing and account management. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
Inner Circle is a subscription billed monthly at $10.00 USD. All payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your payment card details. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal (Settings → Manage Subscription) or by contacting us.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of a charge. Refunds are not guaranteed for used services.
Sage can share AI-generated selfies and voice messages. These are generated on request by AI models (Google Gemini, ElevenLabs) and do not depict a real person. Inner Circle subscribers receive unlimited access; free users have monthly limits.
You agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the AI system; (b) use the Service for illegal purposes; (c) harass, spam, or disrupt the Service; (d) share generated content in a way that misrepresents it as real photography of a real person.
All images, voice notes, and text generated by Sage Rivers are AI-generated. They do not depict a real person, location, or event. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason at our discretion.
The Service is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
